Always hard to know what to put on supplements. I didn't get any side effects and seemed to continue to have good energy levels adding this to my stack. Taste is good enough and seal was tight on the bottle when it arrived.

I expected my first experience with Shilajit resin to taste like salty tar, and instead these are pleasant strawberry-flavored gummies. I think they’re supposed to be bear shaped? Two a day gives you quite a little boost in micronutrients, which I’ve incorporated into my fitness and health regimen. They appear to be good quality and I look forward to popping one in my mouth twice a day. Recommended!

First off, let's be clear that these don't do anything. They're gummi bears. Maybe they have some *checks notes* shilajit in them, maybe they don't. Frankly, probably doesn't matter that much, and it might be easier to make them taste good if there's not any in here. There's basically no claims made as to why to take these that could pass any muster (e.g., the FDA), so if you're here for these hopefully it's just because you like gummi bears.That said, these taste decent as far as supplement gummi bears go. The texture is pretty good as well.
