I got this for my 7 year old grandson for a night light. We like it a lot and are using it for us all to enjoy at nighttime. It's placed near a door and we change the colors often. Good purchase.

My kid doesn't like to sleep in the dark and this is such a fun alternative to conventional night lights. It feels more like a decoration. He loves it, and the remote works very well for selecting different colours and turning it off and on, as well as the touch button on the actual unit. The remote is great though as you can choose exactly what you like without having to cycle through each colour as you do when you use the touch button on the base of the light. Highly recommend!
