Kong Elastic Tether Double

This is a fantastic lanyard. Clips are easy to use and go nicely on a 1” D’s railing. The double lengths are perfect for moving around on deck of my sailboat in heavy weather. I purchased one for all my crew members. Highly recommend

Great tethers. I have several of these on my boat and have used them for a long time, personally and for crew. No issues. Well made. I trust them to keep my kids on board. 'nuff said.

Saved my life! I sailed on a tall ship from Mexico to Hamburg and tending the sails can be quite precarious. Especially at night and when it is wet. I stayed hooked up in short, and when needed longer on my PFD/harness. Never got in the way due to the elastic nature of the tether. I slipped and fell when aloft, but not too far. This tether, which is well priced, kept from the 100ft-odd fall to the deck or worse into the drink.

Looks great. It should work as expected. The carabineers appear to be stout. I have not had to use it yet,band I hope I never need it.

Good quality fittings operate easily with one hand. Nice stitching in high quality material.

Overall great but the quick release can potentially be caught and release unintended. Consider your situation, it may affect your life. I did tug the strap out of the way, now it is a "release" only, not quick. Hooks work nicely going from point to point. No corrosion after 1000 miles on the ocean, I know that isn't much but that is how far I used it so far.
