These mats are excellent quality easy to fit together and have a decent cushioning effect. They should also add an extra insulating layer during the winter months which will help my pond too. I can see that these mats could be very versatile for a wide range of different purposes. We are thinking of getting a portable foam sided hot tub at some point in the future and I will probably buy these mats again to put underneath as they are such good quality.

I only got these today, so I can't say how long they will last. However, they are very well made, so I'm sure they will last a long time. They fit together very easily and cut easily, too, if you need to get them round objects. I only have a small workout room, but it's big enough for my needs, so I ordered only 16 mats, and I still have one spare. You may wonder why I have to them down on top of a carpet, well they give more cushioning and reduce the noise of the weights when using them. These mats also give great support when doing a cardio workout on the step. To sum up they are pretty dam good.
