Was healing pretty well after a foot surgery and I started walking barefoot too much and my plantar fasciitis, especially my non- surgery foot, flared up so bad!! It’s been 2 months of hobbling around. Burning heel pain that usually is so bad by the end of the day, I just can’t function.
