Great at home product to help with stretching!

This strap is great! I use it for hamstring and leg stretches before hiking or dancing and I love it! I used one at physical therapy after an injury and they recommended I get one for home - it made it really easy to get nice deep stretches from a variety of positions. This strap has loops along its whole length for easy gripping with hands and slipping over your foot at whatever point is most comfortable for you. It is NOT stretchy, which is what you want- you control the stretch with your body, not the strap. The fabric is sturdy, silky webbing and the stitching is strong on the loops. You can use this in so many ways for yoga, pilates or stretching. Highly recommend!

Perfect strap for stretching and other mobility/flexibility! The loops are nice and big, so they’re easy to loop around my feet if I’m in an awkward position and the strap is pretty long. I have long legs, and a couple other yoga straps I’ve used have been a little on the short side (they also cost a lot more unfortunately). I can wrap this strap around both feet and hold on to each end or I can put one loop around one foot. The material is super sturdy. I’m not worried about it falling apart. I use it for both yoga classes and more general stretching/physical therapy type activities.

A few years ago I tore my rotator cuff in two places and had to have surgery and a year long physical therapy treatment. I still have lots of stiffness and occasional pain in that shoulder. Stretching is a daily requirement to keep my shoulder flexible and as pain free as possible. This strap has really come in handy for that. The material and stitching is really well done. Strap has several loops making it easy to adjust your stretching to your comfort level. Really useful. I am using it now for more than just my shoulder. Great for legs as well. Recommended.

I like that is a fabric non elastic band and non-latex. It is 75 inches long with over 10 loops to use for stretching. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The fabric is like a seat belt so it is strong and not easy to break or stretch out of shape. The color is color fast so it doesn’t rub off dye on your hands when using it. It is easy to take with you anywhere. It matched the description in the ad.
