Gond katera is supposed to be soaked in water and then consumed directly. But this product has dirt in it so you can't do it .. stay away from it .. Amazon should warn this seller to remove this product...it is diry and harmful!!

Yes the product is good. I use it for health purposes as it is good for bone health. I use it sparingly.

当方が当初手に入れた時は、登録されている分類が通常の噛めるが食べられないチューイングガムの所に分類されており、「これ？インドからの輸入品かな？」と勘違いして、手に入れてしまいました。 商品登録位置がおかしいのは置いておくとして、成分表などみていると、どう考えても食品。 英語のページをよく見ると、スープやシチューや、日本だとカレーにも使う様なガム(増粘剤)の様で、日本だととろみを付けるのに片栗粉入れたりしますが、海外の水っぽいスープなどだと、多分このガム(食用)を入れて粘度を出すのだとおもいます。 たまーに、カレーにガムが入っていると書いてありますが、これはその種類の系統のものだと思います。 自分でカレーやシチューを作ったら、自己責任で入れてつかってみるつもりですが、現状はちょっと使う予定は無いので、貯蔵中です。
