A layered and sophisticated pepper
I am exploring Middle East cooking. I love-love the unique flavor of Urfa. I use it as I would common black pepper. Try it.

Not sure how to use but looking forward to figuring it out
So… seemingly great quality. The seals are like always broken with this companies spices but whatever.. I’m not gonna drive across town to replace it 🤷♀️ I haven’t had the chance to use this yet as it is SO unique! I’ve googled and googled and… there’s some recipes but they all require other spices I’ve never heard or not own. But I will figure it out! I’m excited to use it, collecting pepper flakes and such currently 🤗

It’s a good price.
Interesting flavor. More coffee taste. We are going to try it when making our rub for brisket. I think it will be good for that. I don’t dislike it at all. I just think I have to rethink my approach of use.
