Never again!!!
Missing parts. Brought for a small kickback and when I put together the plate that catches the ashes is to small and I am missing the stem. What a waste of money!?! So mad!!!

Bought for Secret Santa
Very cute Hooka. I don't know if they changed how they ship them or what (since people were talking about them being broken upon delivery) but mine was wrapped in bubblewrap and put in a tight fitting box. No breaks or cracks when I got mine.

Arrived damaged
First unit arrived damaged. Ordered a second one which was fine. It does what it is supposed to do. Just wish it wasn’t so darn cheap it can’t make it to the front door with out being broke. If you can swing it I’d suggest buying two so you aren’t left disappointed if one is busted
