Great for wet trimming

Easy to use; non-tiring trimming
I really like this trimming tool because of the smooth, sharp cutting edge. Additionally, I liked the effortless leverage obtained from the length of the handles. The spring-loaded return function was really nice because it required no effort to separate the handles for the next squeeze. If you have a lot of fine trimming and cutting to do, this is the tool to have.

Best trimmers, hands down.
These are my favorite scissors for horticulture work. Can’t beat that Japanese steel! I was so sad when I saw these were discontinued. When they came back for sale, I had to swoop up a few to last many years of use.

Lightweight and good steel
The steel stays sharp and they do not easily clog with plant resins. I use them because they are light weight. The amount of tension in the spring is perfect too, in my opinion.

Chikamasa scissors not worth the price paid
These are nice scissors but I cannot see the value of them for the price I paid. I have another pair of Chikamasas that I paid a lot less for that I like more. The only reason I wanted to try these was I wanted a spring loaded pair .
