I didn’t want to chew a duck flower . I can’t stand the pungent taste of duck flower tea I went with this instead and I’ve had to give these capsules to my family when they become ill the symptoms were sweating nausea followed by vomiting and diarrhea which was a sign that it’s working and afterwards they felt better I keep these in my medicine cabinet
