I have followed Dr Lynch for quite a few years now while trying to sort out my own health issues. And wow, has it helped. I did a genetic testing for my whole family and it really has helped a lot to understand what is going on. With simple tweaks and lifestyle changes, we can clean up our genes. And it is so simple! You do not need to invest on genetic testing. He walks you through the most common and researched dirty genes and what to do with them. What this book teaches you is to listen to your body, which is not what we often do. Cleaning up your diet, working on your circadian rhythm, stress response, diet and supplementation can have a huge impact on your life. The hardcopy is not available in the UK yet so I had to purchase a kindle version. I have already pre ordered copies to friends and family.
