I mean thick. I’m talking “you could almost pour it on pancakes” thick. The instructions say to swish for 10 minutes, but after two minutes, I’m just staring at the clock wondering how much longer my jaw can take. I’m working on building up to the full 10-minute routine (you know, baby steps), but for now, I’m more of a 2-3 minute person with this stuff. If you’re someone who can handle thick textures and has jaw endurance, though, more power to you! Watch Out for Stains: They tell you to brush your teeth immediately after using this to avoid stains. I get it. But now I’m paranoid about accidentally spilling it on my favorite white shirt. I’ve avoided wearing anything remotely "not dark" since starting this. It’s like an adult version of "don’t spill the juice." Cost = Expensive Mouthwash: If you use the recommended 10-15ml daily, this bottle’s going to disappear faster than my kids’ candy on Halloween. I've been using for a couple of weeks now. Leaves a soft minty refreshing flavor behind. Also, I've noticed odors such as breath, sweat, etc have been minimalized. Haven't noticed much of a change in teeth whitening, but it's pretty soon to tell. I'll definitely purchase again! Great way to encourage daily oil-pulling. My skin has been clearer as well as I'm prone to hormonal acne.

Good product. I will definitely buy more. I do feel that it improves the condition of my gums. It provides an extra rinse after I floss. The only downside is you cannot spit it into the sink or you risk ruining your plumbing with the coconut oil

This oil pulling brand is excellent. My husband has been doing this twice a day for two years and his dentist is amazed at how much less plaque buildup he has. He has had to have oral surgery in the past because of this problem and had to have regular visits with the dentist every 3 months! Now he can go twice a year like we all do because of this oil!!!
