The soles are soft and the extra soles are also soft.
Its very comfortable. Good for sizes till around 8.5 Uk too (my shoes r from nike air force 1)

Not Comfortable & Sole Quality is Weak
I am not satisfied with this product. The shoes are not comfortable for long use. After wearing them for some time, I started feeling discomfort in my feet. Also, the sole quality is poor and wears out quickly. Durability is not as expected for the price. Overall, not recommended if you are looking for comfort and long-lasting use.

All the pieces don't fit inside the shoes so, most height you can get is like extra 1.2 inches.

This product is overall good in my opinion, received the package well done,you can accommodate to your feet size by cutting the sole,the numbers are well mentioned,to have comfort while wearing it make sure your shoe/sneakers has enough space inside(length from your feet to ankle)so that you won't trip or feel pain while walking.
