I tried Pura D'or Deep Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner and loved how they left my hair feeling. This combo is amazing on my thin hair. I am 45 years old, going through menopause & my scalp is itchy, dry & oily, & all my hair is falling out even taking Nutrafol for years, minoxidil, oils, etc. I do not color my hair either. I was using Redken shampoo & Moracan conditioner for years & was ok with that, but now my scalp is freaking out so I did a lot of research & have been reading that sulfates in shampoos can cause irritation & your hair to fall out during peri menopause.... Pura D' Or was highly recommended for what I am going through & I have been using it for 4 days now & my hair is so amazing. I have complete volume without using a volume spray & the conditioner actually penetrates through my hair follicles. The smell of the shampoo reminds me of pinesol a little, but the conditioner is a completely different smell more like a Moroccan smell which I love. The benefits so out way the shampoo for me that I am not going to stop using it. My hair is not falling out anymore like is was & my scalp feels so good & I have no dandruff or itchiness. I am very happy with this amazing product!

This has a very strong smell but if you want results you've got to put up with something. Sometimes I don't like I mean I don't mind the smell. If it's going to give me results I will say I love the conditioner. My hair is really shiny and feels so soft. I do leave it on. I wash my hair first. Of course when you get in the shower and I leave it on for a couple of minutes. While I do a couple of other things you know wash my face, do a little bit of shaving because I've had cancer. I my cancer medication cause a little bit of hair underneath my chin to grow. So I shave that take care of that and then after I do all that I rinse the shampoo out of my hair and then I put the conditioner on and I work that through my hair really well and then I wash my body. That's the two minutes that I leave it on then I rinse it off. I will say my I used to use the leave-in conditioner and it was fine. It was good but this makes my hair so smooth silky and shiny and that lasts for a few days. I don't use this daily. I don't believe in washing your hair everyday. I don't think that's healthy for your hair. I did notice today when I washed my hair. I keep a screen in the drain of the bathtub that there was less hair in the drain of the bathtub. Probably about half of what it used to be, so I think it's working. Yay! So I would recommend it if you aren't so sensitive to the smell. It is strong and I'm getting used to it. But I'll say if it's working then who cares about the smell like candle move on with your life? It's great. I'll buy it again

I used to use the PURA D'OR Hair Loss Prevention Therapy Premium Organic Argan Oil Shampoo (blue label) and then, for some reason, I swithed to some other well-known, reputable hair care brand. I noticed that I was experiencing a ton of hair fallout and realized it might be due to this other well-known hair care brand. So I decided to try this PURA D'OR Anti-Thinning Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner Natural Earthy Scent (gold label). Why or WHY did did I ever stop using Pura D'or shampoos and conditioners?!? They actually WORK. As soon as I switched over to Pura D'Or, IMMEDIATELY I experienced and noticed way LESS hair loss and fallout whenever washing my hair or brushing and blowdrying my hair. And immediately, my hair felt and looked thicker. Also almost immediately - it legit felt like it was overnight but it probably happened over the course of 2-4 weeks - a ton of little baby hairs and new hair growth started to sprout all over my head, near my hairline and temples, on top of my head, etc. It's kinda unsightly but it's so worth it to know that my hair is actually growing back and my hair volume and health are being restored. I currently use this Pura D'Or Anti-Thinning Biotin Shampoo + Conditioner and I rotate between this set and the PURA D'OR Apple Cider Vinegar Thin2Thick Shampoo (red/pink labels). I'm so thankful my hair is being restored. That said, my only complaint is - although this gold label shampoo is allegedly "color safe," I don't think it is. I am pretty darn sure the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo is NOT color-safe because it's a clarifying shampoo. But, I don't think ths gold label shampoo is color safe, either. I dye my hair (no bleach, just color + toner) every few months and I noticed that the color has been totally stripped since I started using Pura D'or. Oh well. It's a price worth paying for reducing hair loss and hair thinning. In terms of scent, I do enjoy the scent of this gold label shampoo and conditioner. It is, indeed, "earthy" but it's not at all offensive. Kind of smells woods-y and green. The conditioner texture is interesting - it's not watery but it's not as thick as most other conditioners. Yet, it definitely does moisturizer and soften my hair. (That said, I do have to combine with and layer the PURA D'OR 16 Oz Renewal Argan Oil Conditioner in order to get better detangling benefits since I have very long hair, it reaches to my waist.) Overall, highly recommend Pura D'Or. It's not gimmicky. It actually works.

I love this stuff! I noticed some thinning in the front of my hair about a year and a half ago. It took me a year to accept and finally take some action and tried this shampoo towards the end of 2025 and have had great results. Not an overnight fix and keep your expectations realistic (don't expect transplant like results) but I have noticeably fewer fallen hairs after showering, and my hair has gotten thick enough again to where when I run my hand up and back it stays up, where before it was so thin it would just fall. Would recommend!

So to outline this review pretty briefly, I'm gonna to give a brief explanation of my hair type and my gender (male if my name didn't make it known). I have very curly hair, not coils but tight curls. I bought this as a sort of attempt to help with my hairs moisture and shine, but also hoped for it to help with my dandruff, which seems to never go away without a specific shampoo. The pluses were that for my girlfriend, it seemed to work wonders, she has very thick and straight hair, it introduced a vibrant shine to her hair and made it feel silky, whilst some don't like the scent, she liked it and so do I. Though I think it's also important to note her hair has always been very healthy and most products can give decent results for her hair. For me, all I got was shine, my routine was simple as well, I double shampoo once a week, as in, I shampoo during a wash twice, then I apply conditioner letting it sit for roughly ten or twenty minutes depending on my rush. The issue comes with how my hair is dry even after, even though I did notice better shine and at first softness, but since the first time washing, the hair isn't as soft but rather rough a bit? I condition every other day as to not over wash my hair as well so. The things I've noticed is that this does NOT help with dryness, it hasn’t really improved my hair, it hasn’t improved my curls either, so definitely not for curly hair. It didn’t really help my scalp either, as my dandruff was all the same, however, with neurogen or whatever it is called, my dandruff is immediately erased for the week, so there’s that. Overall, the TLDR, plus for straight hair, soft, shiny, silky, smooth, scalp seems OK but not grand for my girlfriend with straight hair. Minus for curly hair, dry, shiny though, but scalp hates it, and hair isn’t soft. Take everything with a grain of salt though, my hair has always hated being beautifully curly and I’m still looking for a perfect product for it, also note I’ve only been using this since 12/20 or so, not a long baseline to reference.

I’ve been using this set for about a month now, and I’m definitely seeing less hair in the shower drain. It feels like my hair is getting a bit thicker and healthier. The scent is natural and not too strong. It’s a bit pricier than regular shampoo, but for the results, it’s worth it.

I ordered and got my shampoo and the conditioner came in two days, hooray! My hair every day has fallen out two brush loads a day since early April, I have had female androgenic alopecia for thirty years and had PCOS from age 11, so a lot of hair loss. I washed my hair for the first time and conditioned it with Pura D'Or, right before washing my hair my brush filled up, and usually, I have to clean it, and then after washing I fill it up again. Not after washing my hair this time, two hairs fell out, and I did not have hairy soap, or tub during my shower. Wow! I am not exaggerating, it is exactly true! So I have used argon oil on my scalp and massaged it in, maybe two more hairs fell out for that. Then I went to brush my hair again today right before my shower. Again no hair fell out, and as I said before, I usually fill my hairbrush and have to clean it before brushing after after washing it. My hair is soft, easy to brush, and appears thicker, though I have very thin, fine hair. My scalp is usually red, itchy, and painful, but it feels better, not normal yet, but so much calmer, not as red, and less painful. I really believe that over time my scalp will feel so much better. It only takes one pump for my hair, short, fine thin hair, so this will last a long time. For the effects so far it is a really good bargain to me. I love that it is organic mostly, and none of the really bad ingredients. I will be recommending this to my hair-loss sisters, highly recommending! I hope some hair grows back too, that would be perfect. I will update this if things change or I see a bunch of hair growth. The fragrance is fine, it is gone by the time my hair is dry, and it is not strong to begin with. Don't hesitate to buy this wonderful shampoo and conditioner.

This is the second time that i have ordered the shampoo and conditioner combo it works the best for my hair as i have hair thining and i use them every alternate days and i can see clear results all my dandruf has gone and no my hairs are way healthier than before hair fall also stopped. Would recommend this combo for everyone as it has natural ingredients and it does wonders.

I’m still working through my first bottles of the PURA D’OR Biotin Gold Label shampoo and conditioner, but so far I’m really liking it. The formula feels gentle but still gives a good clean, and the conditioner doesn’t leave my hair greasy like some others do. My hair feels a bit fuller and healthier, and I’ve noticed less shedding in the shower, which is a good sign. The scent is mild and pleasant, and the ingredients list is packed with herbal DHT blockers and natural extracts, which is one of the reasons I decided to try it. Even though I’m only partway through the bottles, the early results look promising enough that I’m planning to keep using it. Overall, great experience so far—good quality, good feel, and seems to actually help with thinning. I’m looking forward to seeing the results after finishing the full set.

I actually loved Thu’s shampoo. I had thinning hair and I have to say it did help along with some supplements as well.
