Very Roomy Zip Tray and Interior
Plenty of space for everything, making this the first bag I ever owned that could actually carry everything I wanted to take to work, and still have space left over. Very classy and astute looking, the leather is superbly tough, tanned nicely, and good looking.My 10" mercer to my 12" FDick and a 14" saboteur, several Asian and slicing blades, bread knife, even my Japanese full size clever is in this bag, plus two small pasta rolling pins, spoons, thermometers, gold dust brush, tasting spoons, candy thermometer, and all kinds of small knives for garnish, and petty work.This bag keeps knives much better sorted I think, and stable, without fear of them falling out of a roll. It's a great bag for seasoned Chefs that need space for gear, especially gear that comes in handy, but needs to be tucked away until needed, and it's beyond beautiful to own. Great buy, very happy.

Knives don't stay secured in sleeves
Bag looks nice , seems to made well enough to last a few years , only complaint is that the knives don't stay securely in their assigned sleeves during transport. Could be very dangerous opening the bag if u don't have blade guards on them .

Not good quality
Stitching is bad unless you have very dull knives, you must use knife sheaths for this bag or the stitching will completely rip apart. Never had the issue with other bags.Unless you have this thing absolutely packed expect when you open it all your knives will have fallen out of the slots.The bag itself is beautiful, that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Functional is not a good word for the bag itself though.

slots and straps a little to small
bag is a good size. but the knife pockets are small, and the elastic loops are only big enough for a pen. would like to see better construction, some kind of support between the canvas and leather to help shape the bag
