My weird amazon story,>I just got this in the mail..>get it programmed same day (just took it to a local shop for $30) easy as pie they say?>Not a bad replica.. it works!>Next day I go out of town and loose my keys!>Realize if I hadn't gotten this extra remote I would've had no way inside my car>At the same time I'm on a date (they left belongings in my car)>Long story short, I order another Audiovox remote and find my keys 2 days later. feelsbadman

Seriously impressed with the build quality on this remote. It is as well made as the original. I was quite unhappy to pay 30$ for a remote, but it paired to the car and now my auto start works great. My auto start wasn’t one of the ones listed as compatible, but it works great. I do suggest ignoring the included pairing instructions and just looking up the procedure for your specific auto start box online if you can find it. I couldn’t get it to work until I used the manufacturer’s own instructions. Then it paired perfectly.One gripe I have is that the range sucks compared to other auto starts I have owned, I would say it’s about comparable to decent Bluetooth range. Overall pleased. If it wasn’t so expensive I would order a second one as a spare for when I inevitably lose this one, but I can’t justify it at the 30$ price point.
