The pod and all the inserts are great. However, the box that the items arrived in was dirty, there were a couple of spots that looked like bird droppings and the individual cardboard boxes where the idli and other inserts were packed, were stinking of mould and had some mould spots on them. I washed all the items in a dishwasher at the max temperature and this got rid of the issues, but no order should arrive at this state!

I have bought this on a trip to India. I like it for number 1 reason all in one combo. It can be used as a kadai. More over 16 idlies at a time. It's stainless steel so heat regulation is important while using as a kadai even though the bottom is slightly heavy. Only 1 downside is my skin is too sensitive and makes it difficult for me to remove the trays in between cooking. These have black plastic handles to hold .It's a bit fiddly for me as the steam will burn my hand and pakad won't fit around it. 1 star less for this reason.

One of the handle was broken. Everything else seems fine.

I carried this product during international travel for more than 35 hours, with three flight changes, and I’m truly impressed that it didn’t get a single dent throughout the entire journey. The steel quality is excellent - strong, durable, and very well finished. It clearly reflects the use of high-grade material. Even after long-distance travel and multiple handling points, it remained in perfect condition. That really speaks to the outstanding build quality. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

Good quality yet some red dots-rust are coming may be because of Dubai water. It looks medium size in the picture but a big size Kadai. Suitable for 4 persons in a family.

Really great quality and heavy pot, so can be used for non idli dhokla cooking.

The bottom is not as expected. I used it for a year and writing this review. The sandwich bottom got damaged now and I mailed the same to vinod stainless Steel team. The product is under warranty but they said the product cannot be replaced due to overheat. I usually cook in medium heat only. It's my mistake I bought this product even though lot of good quality products are available in the market.
