Bought this as i suffer from prickly heat really badly when on holiday. Not used it yet so cant comment on the effectiveness but if it works it will be well worth the money. ***EDIT*** Used this on holiday when the itching started and more than happy to report it did the trick, the itching subsided and just sprayed again as and when needed. Still got a slight rash but no uncomfortable tingling or itchiness. Happy days!

This was very good although did sting very badly if the skin had just been itched. This does wear off quite quickly and the relief it brings is worth it!

This is the best thing I've tied for my prickly heat. It sprays cold and really stops the itching. I've had the problem for weeks and tried all sorts of creams, so I'm glad to find something that works. It is probably just this can, but it is a bit difficult to spray, so I've deducted a star.
