I own delivery company and use scanners everywhere in the system. I can't afford to outfit the warehouse with the $800 "name brand" scanners--well known, but you pay for the name. And have had a tough time finding a wireless/cordless scanner that works well. The cheap ones are slow, or have to be within a few feet of the host, or have to aim just perfectly (all frustrating and not worth the hassle). So I have stuck with wired scanners, which work great, but being tethered to the host is a pain!UPDATE 3/8/19These worked great when I first got them. Then the response time of the scanner slowed WAY down. I'm now in the process of replacing them with different scanners. if it was one, I'd be fine, but multiple? We use them a lot, each scanner probably scans 750-1000 times a night. But that shouldn't matter.I stumbled on this scanner on Amazon, and thought what the heck. I bought one, tried it out in a live situation in my warehouse with multiple people. Turned around and bought 10 more the following day. Its not perfect, but what in life is? It set up in just a few seconds, literally "plug and Play", took no other programming for my needs (yours might be different), and for the price, I can buy 10 of these (vs the expensive ones) and get all that I need. For the price point, I was honestly surprised!

I am not in love with this. Overall, the outside of this seems durable and appears to be able to survive an elementary library and all the clunks that go along with that. However, it has some technical issues. The connection is wonky. I end up having to shut down my computer in order for it to reconnect. It doesn't seem to hold the bluetooth but it thinks that it does and I cannot get it to disconnnect and reconnect without a shutdown. It also doesn't seem to sit well in the charging unit so I am constantly fiddling with it to get it to charge. I ended up having to use a mini-USB to charge it the other day because I was so fed up with it. I would not buy this again.

This seems like a great deal for the $$. We've only been using it for a few days, but it is working great, easy to set up the way we want (although we have to make sure we don't lose the bar code operating manual!) and scans perfectly. The cords are short, though, so we had to rearrange our desktop set up so the base unit can be plugged in to the outlet and the PC. That's my only complaint so far. I would probably give it 4.5 stars because of that, but it isn't irritating enough for them to lose a whole star over it!

Bought this for our library, and it is great! So easy to setup compared to the Bluetooth scanners we have. Also, it costs significantly less. It has numerous customization options that can be easily configured simply by scanning the various barcodes provided in the quick start manual. My favorite feature is the offline scanning mode, which allows you to scan items and then upload them into a text document or other software all at once at a later time. This feature if fantastic for conducting inventory in a library. Also, you can obtain a full manual simply by emailing the seller at the provided email address in the questions section above. I received a response within a matter of minutes.

This scanner is incredible! I have been using it for the past two days in my weearhouse non stop, and the battery is not even close to be over.It took me a very short time to charge it, and it stays connected to my computer even when im far away from it!Super comfortable, super light, super easy to use, super awesome!!!!

I'm using these in a warehouse environment - lots of machinery running - lots of 'stuff' in the way and they work flawlessly! Range is 50-100' depending on what's in the way. I have three and I haven't had any issues. Much better than the name brand $300 unit we have that barely goes 30'

We had originally bought a different scanner that said plug and play and it plugged but didn't want to play. Very frustrating! We bought this one and I told my hubby lets read the directions first and he plugged it in and it just worked right away. Super duper happy!

I had been looking for a scanner to help with my inventory in our warehouse and after a few failures I thought I found the one "according to the item description" was the one. I needed one that would work with Windows 10 and I came across the LS-Pro Scanner which stated it would work with "Win 7/8/10". So I ordered it (3rd try). Come to find out it didn't. I eventually had to pull out a old PC with Win7, in order to get it to work. My point is the descriptions are misleading at times. and it caused me unnecessary time wasted.
