AND What a stupid design? We loved it cus its ALL stainless steel, which is GREAT ! But the design is worthless.My husband says we received both the containers shown in the pic but I recall receiving just 1 the tiny one. Either way the tiny one is USELESS because its SO TINY ! What can one put in it? Yes salad or yogurt or fruits we can put but these are not supposed to be hot with the steam from underneath! We bought it to put Roti/Praunthe(n if someone wanna put rice) in the 2nd container BUT its Not ENOUGH room for any of these. BTW its not shown in the pic but even if its 2 containers the big one when put in touches the floor of box(husband said) and the 2nd one sits on it, so tell me how in the world would you take out the one sitting at bottom , out? By putting your fingers in the hot stew and pulling the slippery box out?? WOW it doesnt sound possible, or accident would happen. WORTHLESS! we Returned and we had to pay shipping for buying AND returning !! Very upset customer. Shiny metal exterior and interior. Handle is heavy duty too. I just love the looks of it, the way the handle feels when you carry it, and the size is really big. It can carry a big big meal. I have been looking for an ALL stainless steel food carrier with no plastic parts for years, and I finally found this, a food carrier with a very large opening, just like a pot but with a cover and carry handle. In the future, I will order some more.Although, I purchased this item on another website, I just had to comment on it here, because it is the best quality thermos I have ever found. It is beautiful and all stainless steel. And by the way, the best price is on this website, as I paid double for it on the other website.By the way, the 2 bowls that are packed inside the thermos should be taken out, when you place your food inside of the thermos. The 2 bowls are packed inside the thermos for more convenient shipping, rather than to keep inside the thermos, when you have food in it. In my opinion, they are a nice bonus gift with the purchase of the thermos, and are all quality stainless steel too, rather than the common plastic that other thermoses add inside of their thermos containers for cups and bowls. I am overjoyed at the design of this item.
