Made my hair really soft and shiny, it was thick, helped my frizz, there was no leak when it came, smelt amazing. I applied it by putting it on dry hair and leaving the mask on for 20 mins, then I washed my hair with my regular shampoo and conditioner.

i love this hair mask. i bought it while i was in Japan because i was curious about the hype and now its my go to hair mask:) it helps with frizz, makes my hair feel really soft, and also moisturizes well. the effects of it last long, especially with consistent use—but i dont think it needs to be used every time you shower. whatever is said in my review may vary btw! this is just what i have experienced with this hair mask. lastly, the price is reasonable, and i definitely will be purchasing again! dont know if this needs to be said but ill say it anyway. you put this hair mask on after shampooing and conditioning your hair (obviously)… wash out the shampoo with warm water and wash out the conditioner with cold water, apply the hair mask, and let it sit in your hair for a couple minutes. maybe 3–5 minutes? then wash it out with cold water. just wanted to add a bit of what i do for my routine. i hope this helps :)

I have to start by saying that the Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask itself is amazing. It lives up to the hype! After just one use, my hair felt significantly softer, shinier, and much easier to detangle. It has a lovely, subtle floral scent and a rich texture that really penetrates the hair.The reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because of the condition it arrived in. As you can see in the photo, the outer container was stained and arrived quite messy. While the inner product seemed fine, it’s disappointing to receive a "new" item that looks like it wasn't handled with care during storage or shipping. The silver packaging shows every mark, so the stains make it look a bit unhygienic.

I love this hair mask! I have wavy/ curly hair and it’s quite dry because I shampoo everyday but since I’ve been using this with my conditioner my hair has never looked better! Not only does my hair look great it also smells great! My hair is soft and frizz free, and I never had any issues with the packaging leaking!
