Also good for Rehab!
I have a friend who snapped her ankle taking out the trash. That's why, this trash day, I refused to take out the trash. "No!" I told my wife. "Too dangerous!" I said.In all serious though I did get this for my friend so she could continue to work on her Physical Therapy exercises at home, and it is solid as they come. I've got no doubt this can support a human of just about any reasonable size. If I had to guess, I'd say probably up to 400-500 pounds should be good. And it allows you to safely exercise w/o fear of injury. The same can't be said for taking out the trash.

Ankle flexing while at the desk
I chose to use this for a foot rest while at the work desk. The board comes in two pieces and is made of quality birch with smooth edge precision. The random nail gun holes underneath to hold the boards together does make it appear to be cheaply constructed. The grip tape on the slant board is extremely grippy. The slant board and the bottom base are not attached, therefore all weight is supported by just the upper part of the top and the bottom edge, this slant board does list a capacity of supporting 400 pounds.Since I am not using this for the intended purpose in accordance with the instructional paper, I can't speak to it's durability and balance. I normally use this without the base and it allows me to flex my ankles as I rock my feet back and forth. This is also nice because it keeps my feet off the cold concrete floor.

As described
Got this as a gift for my brother in law. He has always had problems getting a good stretch on his calves. He was so excited when he got this and finally able to have a tool to get a good calf stretch

Stand attaches crooked
The media could not be loaded. The product works but the stand does not attach flush. Because of the hinge the board is slightly crooked when propped up. This worries me in terms of durability.Other reviews don’t seem to have this issue so maybe I got a bad batch.

Great for stretching
It's made so well, all smooth edges. It arrived all ready to use, no set up needed.I first tried the stretches and then the balance option. That was a bit tricky but I know with practice it will be great. It came with some examples on exercises you can do. The anti sliding part is perfect, especially if you're wearing socks. We have it in our bedroom so we can do stretches as soon as we get up. It's a great way to get the day started!

Multifunctional
This board has many great things about it. First, it’s great for stretching out your ankles and legs and building flexibility in your knees. It’s good for sore muscles. Secondly it can build core strength if you use it to improve your balance which is super important as you get older with how many elderly get injured by falling. So it’s important to keep good balance. Great tool for all aforementioned things!
