It does but not all of them works. The plastic pieces to put on the actual clippers were very flimsy. The nail cutter worked well but the scissors would NOT cut any hair at all. Super dull scissors. Also the picture makes it seem like the comb is metal (which is what I was looking for) but is plastic. Clippers seemed quiet when I turned it on but was not able to try it due to clipper being so flimsy. Btw I was trying to groom 4 month old Maltipoo. Not a thick coat at all for the scissors or the clippers. It's terrifying enough to him as it is without the loud sharp sudden sounds it makes as I'm trimming his fur. It works if I can hold him down long enough. Not sure if I can.Update: He's more compliant as I'm trying to get the mats out of his fur but I've been working on this one mat for hours and I have to move around the house with him in order for him to not be terrified so there is cat fur everywhere.
