Are the torpedo bandits propelled with a battery or does it wind up and what is the size of the torpedo bandit?

None of these are powered in any way. You just throw them in the water and they sink. I’m assuming the torpedo bandits are the rockets. They are about 6 inches long. My two granddaughters love these things, for what that’s worth.

Several of the reviewers said shown items in picture were left out of the box. Can you tell me why please?
