You have to assemble this chair but it was no problem following the directions. The chair is comfortable it has good back support. All of the functions work well and are easy to use. Is easy to adjust. Great value for the money

This chair is amazing! I go to school and work from home, so I spend a lot of time in it. It's extremely comfortable and the extra lumbar support is great. The footrest doesn't hurt either. ;)

I really wanted to love this chair, but the assembly process was an absolute nightmare. The instructions were vague, unclear, and missing crucial details. There were parts hidden in places that weren’t obvious, and the diagrams did not properly show how everything was supposed to fit together.One of the biggest frustrations was the gas lift installation. The instructions made it seem like the orange cap needed to come off, but after struggling with pliers and nearly breaking it, I realized it wasn’t supposed to be removed. The backrest also didn’t seem to fit properly with the base at first, and I had to figure out on my own that a necessary part was tucked away in a spot the instructions never mentioned.On top of that, attaching the armrests was another battle. The holes didn’t align easily, and the process was more complicated than it needed to be. I eventually gave up and will have someone else finish that part.Once assembled, the chair looks nice and feels decent, but the frustrating assembly process really killed the excitement. If you’re not patient or experienced with putting furniture together, expect a headache. This is not a quick or intuitive setup.Would I recommend it? Not unless you’re prepared to fight with it. If they improved the instructions and provided clearer details, this would be a much better experience. Until then, buyer beware.

The chair arrived quickly and was easy to assemble (a tip: you can set the seat on the wheels before you attach the back and arms). It is comfortable and has nice cushions, and I like the footrest, although I have to be careful to balance my weight, or I might tip when I use it.

I was soooo excited waiting to get this chair. It looked comfy and sturdy. Well, I was wrong....it feels very cheap and is not at all comfortable. The seat cushion is very hard. I put it together and gave it away an hour later because I don't like it. In my opinion, you could never have a gaming session in this chair, it's too uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for. Back to shopping! :(

Wheels are a little jank but expected them to be substituted anyways. Otherwise great chair.
