I have a very clingy baby, and he wants to be held pretty much all day. It takes a huge amount of strain off my arms, back, and hips while still letting me hold my baby close. I can carry him for much longer without getting sore, and I’m actually able to do things around the house at the same time simple chores, tidying up, even just moving around more freely. The seat feels sturdy and supportive, and my baby seems really comfortable sitting on it. I also like that it’s quick to put on and take off compared to more complicated carriers. and it doesn’t restrict my baby’s movement which he loves!
