Excellent
I got this for my husband. He has high cholesterol but loves his morning corn muffins. Everything out there is high sodium with cholesterol. It’s difficult getting something moist, fresh, delicious and real corn like substance, not like a cake. I really appreciate all the effort creating something truly tasty and delicious. I wish they were bigger in size. I have to eat low oxalate items so unfortunately it’s not for me. I really would appreciate if you could do a low oxalate version. I can’t eat nuts etc. But, I will definitely be a Customer.

Where’s The Corn?
Sorry, but this product was a taste disappointment. I love corn muffins. I know what they taste like even if low-fat. What these lose in fat they make up for in sweet. The sweet taste is to me, overpowering. There is no corn flavor. They pack a lot of carbs in a small muffin. So if I am going to have to budget my carbs, these muffins are making me overspend.
