It has been a quality item, especially for the price.

Thought it’d be impossible to find a solid basketball goal for as low as 50 bucks, but boy was I wrong! This is such a good quality hoop for the money, this things actually sturdy and I was almost skeptical about it being to big for the pool because the rim and backboard are actually full NBA size but it fits perfect especially with its slim base and is super easy to put away with the wheels and how lightweight it is with just the two poles. Now the assembly is easier if you have 2-3 people, because alone it’s a pain in the neck and I also recommend using your own tools because the ones included ain't the best. A Drill with the right sockets and a good wrench is preferred. Other than that 10/10! Get one you won’t regret it, it’ll improve your summer because I know it’s gonna improve ours!

As many other reviews indicate, this is a solid backboard, hoop, and stand. Hard to find others at this low of a price point, so I have no issue recommending it. And the instructions aren’t as bad as some others reviews have described. I was able to put the whole thing together in about an hour. My biggest complaint is that there’s a giant ad for Vevor Tools on the backboard. This ad does not show up in any of the item photos here on the Amazon listing. Does it change the functionality of the item? Of course not. But this is annoying and feels underhanded.

Not worth the price. While my husband was assembling the goal, we noticed we only received 1 wheel. We figured we could have a wheel sent to us so he continued assembly while I contacted Vevor. He then noticed one of the welded nuts did not align so he could not screw the hoop to the backboard and when he put water in the base it leaked because there was a slit in the base. After a week of emailing back and forth with Vevo they tell me I need to email Amazon. I, of course, ask why that was not their 1st response and they advised that in my case damage was caused by logistics and technicians informed them "the warehouse has no extra parts in stock and cannot apply for reissue". I'm not sure how logistics was at fault for the nut not aligning or only 1 wheel being in the box but I won't purchase from Vevor again.

This hoop is a fantastic starter hoop for kids/preteens. I bought for my 10 year old and he loves it. His dad and I use it too and it’s great for us. Easy to put together and dirt cheap. Don’t let the low price discourage you, it’s a great buy. Thinking of getting one more to keep at a low height for my younger kids. It is adjustable but not worth the trouble to make it lower.

My husband and I were very impressed w the quality of this hoop! It’s perfect for our kids who are just getting into the sport! As with several reviews, instructions were rough. One page with small pic. A quick search on the internet got us a great video w easy to Follow instructions! It took us about 2 hours to put together w several kid interruptions. I definitely recommend using a socket wrench set and not relying just on the tools provided.

the majority of the backboard is held on by glue and almost separated from the frame immediately. I plan on using some metal flat screws and new adhesive to get it to stay together better. It did not take to long to build by myself, the hoop is nice and adjust easily. Just beware that the backboard is not going to stay together for you.

I had multiple hoops in my cart waiting for the right money to splurge the $130-$250 on one. With 4 kids money is tight so I held off. Then I saw this one for $50 and thought, must be a hunk of junk or it'll get refunded before shipping etc. well....not only did it arrive in just a couple days but it's awesome quality. No bells and whistles. You have to remove screws to adjust height etc but for a good solid basic hoop this is great. Water filled bottom but adding sandbags to be sure it's secure. Was very easy and quick to put together 10/10 recommend

Very disappointing experience. The basketball stand arrived without a backboard, which is a major component and not something you expect to be missing. On top of that, the hardware pack was incomplete—missing screws—making it impossible to properly assemble. The condition was also concerning. The unit had noticeable scratches on the black parts, making it look like it had already been used and returned before being sent out again. What made this worse was the lack of support. VEVOR refused to resolve the issue, leaving me stuck with an incomplete product and a loss of money. Overall, poor quality control and even worse customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience.

There was no way to stabilize the pole at the height of 7.5 ft. I had to create a hole in the metal to put in the screw. They have given the hole for the screw to stabilize only at 4.5 height. Also, advertisement says that it can go form 4.5 till 10 ft with lever but it does not say that you can either go from 4.5 to 7 feet or you need to change the pole position to make it go from 7.5 ft to 10 ft.
