Nice – feels like a serum but looks like mascara. Easy to apply with good longevity. The brush is nice and thin, which is great if you have short or fine lashes as it helps catch everything. It’s actually a primer, but I use it on its own as a mascara and it works really well. It also lasts a long time and doesn’t develop that odd smell some mascaras get after being open a while. Works well for me even with blepharitis, so would say it’s ok for sensitive eyes but always test a little bit first. The colour pigment is nice and dark. Really makes your eyes pop. It’s also easy to remove with make up remover and doesn’t leave you with terrible panda eyes the next morning (if you take it off or not still no shiners)

Amazing product. It lengthens lashes really well, better than any mascara I have ever used. I actually don't use mascara anymore, I just use this. Its also much cheaper than buying it in the shops. I don't know why, but it is. 5*

I have been consistently ordering this mascara now since it blew up on social media a couple of years ago and I'm still yet to find a match for both affordability and quality. I was nervous the first time I opened the burgundy shade as it does look VERY burgundy, however once applied to the lashes the colour difference is so subtle and not an obvious "omg she's wearing red mascara". My blue eyes are definitely more enhanced by this colour and it is now the go to shade I purchase. I apply mascara probably around 5x per week and I would say I go through around one tube every 6 months, so definite value for money. I also love the way this mascara removes, it is a tubing mascara - meaning when you wash your face it doesn't come off in watery streaks all down your face, it rubs off into small balls of product that easily wipe away. When the product is opened, for the first few uses I do find that there is a lot of product on the wand which can overload the lashes, but perhaps that is down to my personal preference as I do generally go for a more natural look.

This mascara gives amazing length and volume without clumping or flaking. Lashes look lifted, full, and defined all day, and it’s easy to remove. The seller was great too — fast delivery, well-packaged, and the product arrived exactly as described. Very satisfied with this purchase

Really like the mascara, but as previous reviews stated there's no wrapper of seal on the mascara so could have been easily opened. Had around two week but is drying up already. May buy from the shop with a seal, as it may last longer. The actual mascara is brilliant to wear though

This is the best mascara I have ever used. I am not a big make-up wearer and have never been a fan of mascara. I like the way it looks on but I always end up smudging it all over my face during the day. And I'm too lazy to remove it properly at night. But this one is great. It does not smudge. And it's really easy to remove (just warm water). (It is a tubing mascara). I have dark hair and blue eyes and I wear the burgundy shade. It looks really purple on the brush but its very subtle when it's on, just looks dark brown. Love it.

I agree with an early review, the mascara arrives with no security seal which has made me think twice about using it. Feel more assured now i've read another customer making the same point & agree that had it not come from Maybelline direct I would be returning.
