Received the fuses and they were 133C fuses in a bag labeled 121C.. Seems to be a problem for other folks as well.

works fine, diameter was slightly smaller than what it replaced
The diameter of this unit wasn't specified so I was taking a chance that this would work. It did work, but the diameter was maybe 0.1 or 0.2mm smaller than the fuse it replaced a slight issue in my application becuase the fuse is held in place with a friction fit, but it was still workable.

It works and it's cheap
Cheap and it fix my oil heater plus i still have spare. I can use this thermal switch that requires it like coffee maker, flat ironing, etc.
