Great little chair and I'm very happy with my purchase. It was very easy to put together ( 5 minutes tops) and it is very sturdy. I am fairly tall and not petite but I feel very comfortable in this chair. I use it as a desk chair. I can sit in it for an hour or two and not feel strain in my body. Best thing though is the way it looks. Very contemporary and stylish.

Beautiful piece and very easy to put together. We used this in my son’s room but would be great as an accent chair, desk chair, or even dining chair.

I bought two of these as sitting chairs for my office. I wanted the mid century look, but wasn’t looking to pay for designer brand furniture. For the price, these chairs look amazing. Sitting in them doesn’t feel cramped for their size. The chair feels sturdy and doesn’t flex - I’m 6’ 2” 200 lbs. Padding is good. I sat in it for about 15 mins and still felt comfortable. Cons: The “wood” is relatively soft and easily marked - so I wouldn’t recommend these chairs if they’re going to take abuse (i.e. if kids are going to be climbing all over them daily or thrown around a dining table).

I like this dining chair’s look. Its mid-century style offers an approximate compliment to my Eames lounge chair, which partly motivated my purchase. The faux leather pads look very good. The wood veneer is decent but not quite as realistic as the manufacturer’s photo. Its low-slung look keeps the dining room looking open and uncluttered. It seems sturdy enough for my 6’2” 185 lbs. frame. It arrived quickly and was a breeze to assemble. I need six chairs and ordered one of these to try it—I won’t be ordering more. The problem is that it’s so-so in comfort. The bottom seat cushion is a bit hard and has a small lump in the center. The curved bottom cushion exerts a bit of inward pressure on the outer hips. The low back cushion hits my back at the bottom third and ends below mid-back. Eating a 30-60-minute dinner in this would probably find me shifting my weight a lot and eager to move to more comfortable seating in another room.

This chair is very sturdy and looks great. the assembly went very quick and it seems that this chair will be great for years to come. I am 6'4" and it is comfortable, but I have a 5' 0" assistant, and she also finds it to be very comfortable. I love my new chair and will buy more.

Pros -An affordable mid century modern design -The chair a fair valve for the cost -Good looking chair -Easy to assemble -Fast shipping -Soft upholstery Cons -The veneer is thin and scratches easily -Poor packing but the product did arrived undamaged -This is not a comfortable design for long periods of sitting -Does not seem to have qualty parts for longevity but with light use this chair should last a few years at the least. -A paper furniture tag was stapled through the bottom the veneer. Staples will not Easily be removed without ruining the finish on the bottom of the chair. -One of the bolts came damaged but there was an extra -A metal nut was lodged in the bottom of the foot. This would’ve scratched my floor if I had not noticed it.

This chair is stunning to look at in person. And sooo very comfortable to sit on. I swear I never expected the level of comfort it offers. My back doesn't hurt at all. I'm using it as a desk chair and have absolutely no complaints. I do admit, the legs gave me a pause because I was worried about it's ability to hold weight. But, its thankfully not an issue. Very sturdy. And I just might buy another for another desk 😁

Nice looking chair, comfortable. the legs feel light and hollow, which makes me nervous for longevity. I wish it was constructed a little better. I ordered 4 chairs. 3 came fine, I came dinged up in several areas (see photo). The boxes arrived very banged up. They were not packaged within a box. It was the chair itself that was. I feel if they took the box, it came in and packaged it up with some bubble wrap and shipping box, some of the chair damage would be prevented.

I have purchased many of the Armen chairs/stools over the years and have always loved the quality and ease of assembly! This chair is great...I'm just wasn't a huge fan of the extra cross bars/look overall.
