Kunys SG5023 Cordless Drill Holster
T**R
Maybe more suited to lighter drills/drivers. See DeWalt or CLC holsters for better images of this holder's features.
Perfect for lighter drills/drivers, dubious for 18v kit.I can confirm it will definitely hold a Makita 18V DHP458 combi drill. Easily takes Makita DTD146 impact driver. The DeWalt 10.8v twin kit, ie. DCD710 drill driver and DCF815 impact driver drop in very easily too.The clip can be fastened and undone with one hand. May be a bit more awkward with gloves on though.Once clipped, your drill or driver is very secure. The holder is big enough to take a 3" belt. Not obvious on the picture, but the holder sections on the outside have 8 small pockets across it. It is one strip of elasticated band with 4 of the pockets having stitched bottoms, the other 4 pass through. The gaps at the back of this section have a further 6 holders, three each side, sewn into the back of the strap. These are not elasticated. As with the elasticated ones, the left ones have stitched bottoms, the right are pass through. To see this holder in better detail, have a look at the images for the DeWalt or CLC branded one. They look exactly the same as this Kunys one and have identical features. The weight of my 18v Makita drill or driver, with the 4Ah batteries, exerts all the weight to the back corner of where the holster hangs on the belt. I wonder if this is where the holster wore through for another reviewer? No such problems with the much lighter 10.8v DeWalts.

This is a great holster and tool carrying idea. Standing up a ladder needing to use 2 hands in a tight space only large enough for 1 person, Needing to interchange between 2 hands and screw driver, this holster is a great help.

Ok for occasional use.
Perfect fit for my impact wrench.Used daily for 8 hours a day 6 days a week.however 6 weeks in and I have virtually worn through the piece of 'reinforced' material holding it to my belt. Expensive if I have to buy 10 a year.
