Handy , as a welder that’s mobile having access to these and similar off the truck weldables it’s awesome

Wanted a smaller size for the gates I build and they look smooth! Customers like that there’s a smaller gap vs having wider hinges. I will definitely buy this size more. Only down side is couldn’t find the weight limits they hold.

This design could've been thought through more. The pins are pressed into the male side of the hinge which if you know anything about welding is that it doesn't play nicely with machined tolerances. You'll likely find yourself in a similar situation as myself where after laying a pass in with the welder the pins would start popping out rendering these useless. I'll have to make do with them for the time being by tacking the pins in place, but that ruins the aesthetic. There are better designs out there.

I purchased these to build hinges for an off-road vehicle, but the pins come out easily and are too soft for any weight to be applied.
