I tried this for my small cat as they are cheaper than ones specifically advertised for cats and they work fine. Good suction pads and 4 different textures allows for a variety of foods

Brilliant enrichment activity for my puppy. These can go in dishwasher and be cleaned super easily. Comes with a spatula for spreading and a brush for cleaning.

Pros Really easy to clean if you wash vertically to let leftovers run off, otherwise it splashes majorly! No need to use brush if you wash relatively quickly and you can bend the mats back to get water to hard-to-reach places Did slow down mealtimes somewhat, but only really for meticulously getting every last crumb at the end when the bulk had gone You can stick them to your kitchen tiles for air drying and they stay for a long time Bottom suction is really good but on my lino it’s not even necessary Cons Each licky section is a bit shallow so I found it hard to smear wet foot into the mat to make it more challenging, but you can spread it wide and flat enough Kittens tend to tread on the food when trying to get to further parts- they don’t seem to know they can move round the mat but it’s not a huge problem I’ve found. Maybe just leave a section free for them to tread on One of kittens doesn’t really like puzzling the food out but she did slow a bit. So it might not be for every cat The beige one is more khaki, if you care?! Would still say I’m glad I bought them but might try a different design?

Initially did the job but my 5 month kitten chewed through the edges of both mats then was caught nibbling them within days of having it. I cut the edges (channels) off still use the square in the middle.

My dog would spend hours on this if I let him, he loves it, I buy the dog peanut butter to spread on it, its a great distraction for him too. It is a bit tricky to clean though, I clean it as soon as its done with before any residue left dries out, cleans easier.

They work well. Good suction feet, easy to clean. Good size with a variety of different surfaces to choose from. Very much value for money and would recommend. Slows down eating speed and great as an enrichment tool very flexible rubber but soft on their teeth and gums so won’t damage their mouth..
