The item is static sensitive and comes in a static protection bag... No voltage adjustments are possible... it's an all or nothing response and I'm not sure if it is possible to overwhelm the device with an exceptionally strong G3 event. **Q: GPS blocked ?** A: This will only take care of transient energy that couples into the vehicle during an EMP. It is not designed to block RF signals. **Q: Will this protect my vehicle better than having it parked in a metal gabage can?** A: No. The most effective way to protect an item is with metal as that would protect from any transient energy coupling into the item in the first place.
