Amazon recommended an 8.5, but I ordered an 8, and I’m glad I did. Honestly, if I didn’t need them right away, I would exchange these for a 7.5. They are extremely lightweight and very comfortable. Right now, I’m mostly using them as glorified slippers while I recover from surgery, and for that purpose they work well. However, I would not recommend them for long distances or serious walking.
