Boost without the gut wrench
Not as gluey as other gels, which really helps if water is not handy. Well worth the slightly bigger size; taste is excellent, not over whelming. Extra light gel makes it easier on the gut. I used three on my last marathon, may opt for four at Boston coming up. Really great fuel.

Excelente producto, para los k les gusta el café, tiene un sabor muy bueno! La consistencia y viscosidad del producto son excelentes, ni muy líquido, ni muy mieloso... El producto cumple su objetivo y aporta la energía suficiente, para mí k soy de media maratón, me brinda esa energía extra k se necesita... La verdad muy recomendable, mi favorito!!!
