This knife is well made cuts easy washes up well my salads look like they are resturant made now. The blade is long and wide. It's really sharpe also cuts right through with little effort. I recommend this product.

I was not sure, but the reviews were good. Turns our they were right! Fabulous Knife for crinkle cut veggies to fancy up fruit and veggie trays. Very sharp and the wavy/crinkle lines are clean and cuts beautifully--used on carrots, jicama, cucumbers, potatoes, radishes, and zucchini. Highly recommend! Since you have to cut up veggies and fruit to eat, anyway, you might as well make them fancy and fun!!

A novel tool, works fine. A little light weight for thick, or firm veggies i.e., carrots, turnip. Nice to have to enhance eye appeal.
