Comply Memory Foam Replacement Ear Tips, Black (S/M/L) (3 Pairs)

The tips provided by Bose for the QC 2 didn’t work for me. My skin gets oily, as well as my ears, and the silicone tips can never stay seated in my ears for long. Even when they’re in tight they feel like they’re sliding out and I need to readjust them constantly. I have similar tips for my AirPod Pro 2 so I thought I’d give these a shot. They’re exactly what I needed! The QC 2 now stay put in my ears with no issue. I can even move around/work out/run and they still stay put. Sound quality does sound a tad bit muffled but the trade off for having ear buds that I can actually use and that stay in my ears is worth it. I will NOT be going back to the factory/oem silicone tips. For those complaining about ANC degradation I found that by linking my QC 2 with the Bose app on my iPhone I was able to make sure the proper noise cancellation mode was always selected, which should be “Immersive” if you want maximum strength ANC. The noise cancellation is still superb, and if anything more noise seems to be blocked out for me due to the ear buds having a tighter seal. All in all a worthy purchase for me. YMMV but for those who have trouble with the stock silicone tips always moving around and having to readjust give these a shot.

I was going to look for different earbuds as these new quiet comfort ones kept falling out. So glad I got these. They are not as securer as the older model that has the ear braces, but good enough as I’ve worn them a few times now without them falling out.

There are plenty of trash products being sold on Amazon and this is officially the worst I've encountered. I bought these to replace a damaged OEM silicone earbud cover (I now deeply regret not waiting the three weeks estimated by Bose website to ship theirs and you will soon learn why) and immediately found them to be stiff and uncomfortable. The instructions on the packaging tell you to compress them before inserting into your ear, which is difficult to do because you can't exactly squish these all the way down like Mack's foam earplugs. There's only so much give, not least because Bose QuietComfort IIs are pretty delicate and you can't just crush the foam into the sides. Still, I thought may be if I practiced a bit, I might discover a trick to getting the fit to improve or at the very least, acclimate to the feeling. I tried all three sizes and none of them fit that well but I settled on giving myself a couple of days to adjust to Medium. Due to the poor fit, it can't create a proper seal, thereby rendering the NC functionality moot. I decided to return these and in the first few seconds of trying to gently remove the replacement bud, it SNAPPED OFF the end of my right earbud and now WON'T COME OFF. And just like that, poof! $400 on fastidiously cared-for earbuds GONE. I couldn't get a clear enough photo of the wires being exposed, so I have instead attached a video to demonstrate the extent of the damage. As you can see, the end is now completely mobile – not what it's supposed to do. The earbud is unusable and makes a painful crackling sound in that ear. Thanks a lot, Comply!

I learned a few things getting these eartips and I think these are important tips for people new to earbuds: 1. My left and right ear canal are slightly different sizes. I didn't realize it until testing each ear with these foam tips. Apparently this is a common asymmetry. Once I swapped to the right size for each ear, the fit and ANC improved both with and without foam tips. 2. As the title says, ANC is improved (very slightly) and fit is tighter, but there is a larger decrease in sound quality. This was apparent when listening to any music with lots of high treble notes. 3. Bass is improved (very slightly). Since the fit is tighter, naturally the bass is improved. But the bass on these are already very good without foam tips, so not a huge improvement. This product is a great solution to those struggling with the perfect fit, since the foam kind of conforms to your ear canal after inserting them in. If however you can find a mix match fit with the regular tips, you will find the sound quality is a degree higher than with the foam tips. Whether they are worth it for you really depend on if you are struggling with the correct fit. TLDR: Great for getting the perfect fit and maximizing bass, but reduces sound quality.

As others have been saying, they do indeed fit nicely. However it is very obvious that the amount of background noise increases notably. Considering the whole point of these earbuds are their amazing noise cancellation, these reduce their effectiveness.

They are difficult to put on the earbud correctly and if you don't get it right, you will have a foam earpiece stuck in your ear. They do have a tendency to tear when removing. While they do hold the earbud in the ear better than the Bose OEM cup, they do a terrible job at noise isolation. I would not recommend

Very comfortable good fit, also improved the seal for noise canceling. They also keep the ear buds in my ear if I choose to sleep with them in. And the fit was good and multi-purposed. I purchased these for a Skullcandy Method 540, which is really a Bose QuietComfort 2 / ultra. This also happened to fit on my Jlabs Jbuds ANC earbuds.

Whenever I would eat or just simply yawn, the default silicone tips would not securely keep the earbuds in place. Though they completely remove from my ears, the earbuds lose its seal and I would have to readjust them. However, buying these foam ear tips for my QC Ultras were a life changer. They were easy to install, and were identical in size compared to the included silicone tips. They also looked pretty nice. Foam wasn’t too firm as many other reviews complained about— they seemed to be a perfect of soft and firm. They feel dense, and feel quality. They also fully fixed my yawning issue. They don’t slip out and stay in the same place I put them in my ears.

I lost my left ear tip so Im glad it led me to this better experience. Way more comfy and seals so much better than stock.

The most important difference made: The earbuds do not fit in the charging case without squishing the foam eartips, even on the smallest size. That said, I would consider these a must-buy for these headphones due to the simple improvement to the base product that they provide. I have small ear openings and small concha. My full hearing range is 10~16khz. My 3-band bose app EQ is -5, -2, +2 as I feel the out-of-box tuning is intentionally too bass-forward. Initial impression is that the soundstage is mildly improved by the better seal these provide. Essentially you are sacrificing some comfort for a much better seal in your ear, and a better soundstage. These are less comfortable than the stock eartips for longer sessions due to fatigue from just having more in your ear canals than the thin original silicone. They help the earbud sit in your ear much more securely and provide better passive noise isolation than stock. I recommend this product although it'd be good if the tips were made to work with the charging case positioning.

Meh. Audio and noise-canceling with them is not nearly as good as originals from Bose. And once you put them on, they are impossible to remove from earbud without ripping them... thereby making them unusable. Has happened twice. (i.e., with originals I bought, and the replacements.) Product has 3 sizes in package. You cannot test one size for a while and then take them off to try another size without ripping/ruining them. Not even if you are careful. On the bright side, I don't seem to be allergic to them like I was the Bose ones that came with my Bose earbuds. Bose ones led to ear infections, doctor visits, ear flushes, ear inflammation, and other issues. With Comply, they aren't as irritating. Hoping my ears can fully heal while still being able to use them (so far it is promising). Two stars for 'they don't seem to ruin my ears like Bose's did'. Wish they weren't so memory foam-y, retaining their morphed shape so much
