You have to get use to them
I have always wanted to try these from the commercials so I seen them scrolling through YouTube. There nice quality. It takes some time getting use to it. It's a weird feeling at first but slowly it gets easier. I have been using for weeks. its like when you start working out in the beginning then you get use to it with more use.

Been using these for a little while now and they have my jaw a lot stronger. Larger size will prevent it from being a choking hazard, and the different strengths will allow for gradual improvement. Iโll update on longevity in the future.

Decent product
This product is great for exercising ur jaw. However the product does tend to wear out after a few times of use. Over all decent product

Toxic chemicals in the โfood gradeโ silicone made me sick.
No instructions was the least of my problems. The off gassing and toxic chemicals in the product made my mouth numb for hours, sick to my stomach, and vomiting. Be very careful
