I received the package on time, as expected. However, I didn't receive the package undamaged. It looks as if someone dropped all 113 lbs plus on one end of the box. I was expecting to see some kind of damage to the bike, or it's components. But to my pleasant surprise, nothing at all was damaged! It was so well packed using high quality packing material, not so much as a scratch got to it. Bikes in perfect condition. As to how it rides and performs. I'll have to get back to you on that. A cold front just moved in. So, the test ride is going to have to be put off for now.

Compré la bicicleta con gran sacrificio , con la fe de que me iba a ser una buena inversión fue todo lo contrario , al segundo día la rueda de atrás se le calló el motor por dentro y no giraba la rueda , la bicicleta pesa un montón y genere un gasto extra para traerla a casa porque solo no la podía levantar hice el reclamo y me dijeron que me iban a mandar un motor nuevo al cual llegó un poco más de 1 mes el respuesto ( creí que me iban a mandar el motor todo completo con los rayos todo completo así le ponía las gomas y empezaba a disfrutar la bicicleta !!! Pero no fue el caso como hago para poner el repuesto que me mandaron ? Tengo que seguir pagando a alguien para que me la arme ? Absolutamente decepcionado no lo recomendaría

Buyer beware! I don’t want to rain on anybody’s parade, but I wanted to share my story and experience with Aniioki. I have 4 of these bikes or should I say I am stuck with four of these bikes. My fault, I purchased all of them way too close together. Have had nothing but issues. I received my dual motor promax 9 months ago and still can’t get it right. Error 24, a dangerous sticky throttle that keeps running for five seconds after you release it. It is not the cruise control. The battery come out of the box only discharging to 48 V. That is only allowing me 40 miles on this bike. They finally sent me a replacement. Did the same exact thing, only discharges to 48V. I switched the ends on the batteries put them in my single motor bikes, did the same thing. Only discharges to 48V. They sent me parts trying to fix it. They sent me a controller that slowed my bike down from a 45 mph bike to a 38 mph bike. And now they tell me my speed is fine. Not to mention all the other issues I had with the single motorbikes. Now they have just ghosted me. And the bike is still under warranty. if you don’t have a lot of tools, time, knowledge and willing to work on these bikes. Stay away from them. I am not just speaking for me and my four bikes but also a lot of people I know on Facebook. It’s just a fact. if you look at all of their reviews on their site and Amazon, including mine. Most of the reviews are with the bike being brand new. I could go on and on with proof and pictures. But all I can say to everybody is if you have not purchased one yet, stay away from Aniioki.
