Great battery life!
Have been using them for almost a year now. Pros: --> The battery works as advertised. Even if not, I am more than happy with it as they last at least 3 times longer than my pixel buds pro on one full case charge. --> Sound quality is good, not as good as pixel buds pro but better than options that cost 4-5k at the time. But definitely worse than items that cost 4-5k right now in India. --> They are the best fitting earbuds for me after pixel buds a series. Cons: --> They have issues connecting with a lot of devices - I face issues on my macbook and on almost every phone I connect them to. Thankfully they connect instantly on the device on which I need to use them the most which is my office computer. --> Sometimes the earbud stops working on one side which can be fixed after tapping the earbud. I bought these after reading reviews online which said these were the best pair of earbuds under 100$ when they came out. But my guess is that like a lot of other companies, they use their inferior quality products that fail quality control checks in the Indian market. Anyways, from what I hear there are far better options in the Indian market in even the cheaper price bracket so there is no need to go for these. But I will give them 5 stars because for me they last a lot longer than any other noise cancelling earbuds I've tried and I've tried quite a few.

Long term Soundcore customer
I’ve been using Soundcore products since around 6 years. I started with Spirit pro and used for 2 years when I was student. I then got Liberty 2 when I started working. I gifted Soundcore Life 2 to Dad. I used Liberty 2 for around 3 years. No issues with it, loved the bass heavy signature sound it had. I now needed a ANC earbuds as I need it quiet while working so I went for Liberty 4 NC. The ANC is decent. It gives a different feeling which I don’t mind. It blocks around 60 to 70% of outside sound. Although high piched sounds like horns, vocals are still not suppressed enough. The sound quality is fine. I was expecting better than Liberty 2 but the bass is no where near as good as Liberty 2. I tried many EQ settings, even put bass at full high but could not get the effect of Liberty 2. Also while playing music when ANC is turned on the sound starts cracking. When ANC is turned off music sounds like normal. Over all it’s a Decent product for the price. Edit: using it since 1 month and I’ve noticed, when I’m listening to podcast or music, the sound suddenly sounds hollow like and bass completely vanishes. After about 30 seconds sound goes back to normal and bass returns. This is so annoying. Edit: month 2, ANC has become less effective over time, even noise coming from another room with room door closed I can hear clearly then what is point of ANC, some noises it does not block at all. very disappointed.

Decent support.
The product is good and I was happy with my purchase in April this year. Suddenly, a couple of weeks ago the right ear bud stopped working. Basic troubleshooting didn't fix it I mailed support (being in warranty period) and they promptly responded and arranged for pick up and delivered a "repaired product" today. My original case was damaged but they shipped an undamaged case! It paired fine, but to my horror, it wouldn't charge. So what this means is that I can't use this earbuds anymore. The "engineering team" did not even do the basic charging check and the charging port is clearly damaged. Mailed them today with all evidence but I feel cheated in buying a premium brand. I requested them to send my original(damaged case) that was charging fine Edit: Soundcore support reached out again to help fix the problem and that's much appreciated! Will update here once the process is complete in 2-3 weeks. They said they can't locate my original case, but let's see the outcome. Edit: update as on 02 Jan 25. They reverted that they are out of stock with in-ear buds and offered to ship a new Anker Space. I agreed. Let's see how it goes. Hoping there are no more surprises IMO, the customer service is prompt and reverted to mails fast, while the overall replacement process took time. That's why one star less

Great Value for Money – Impressive Sound and Noise Cancelling!
I recently picked up the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC wireless earbuds in a beautiful light blue color during the Amazon Grand Festive Sale for just ₹5,499, and I have to say, they’ve exceeded my expectations for the price. The sound quality is crisp and balanced, providing a great listening experience across different music genres. While they might not match the premium feel of AirPods, they come pretty close, especially at this price point. The active noise cancellation (ANC) works impressively well, blocking out most background noise, making them perfect for commuting or working in noisy environments. One of the standout features is the companion app, which offers a lot of customization options. From tweaking the sound profile to choosing between Transparency Mode and Active Noise Cancelling, the app adds a level of control that elevates the overall user experience. Overall, for ₹5,499, these earbuds are an excellent deal, offering solid sound quality, effective ANC, and a range of features that make them a great purchase. If you’re looking for budget-friendly noise-canceling earbuds that don’t compromise on quality, the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC is a fantastic choice!

Decent product, but awful, terrible customer service
The earphones themselves are reasonably good. The fit isn't very comfortable, and can hurt your ears after a few hours. But the sound clarity is great, connectivity is good enough. My primary issue (and the reason for the 1 star rating) is that around 11 months after purchase, the battery life became awful - it would last less than 60 minutes on full charge. When I approached the company under warranty, they informed me that my Liberty 4 earbuds were not repairable; they then offered me cheap 2000-3000rs 'refurbished' earbuds as replacement - because they did not have my model in stock. This has been ongoing for more than 30 days, and I ended up buying a new pair of earbuds from a more reputable company. Hopefully, some day they will resolve this issue and I will update my rating accordingly. Update (31/3/25): They offered me INR 625 as refund - as the product was purchased 11 months ago. So, they are quite clear on the fact that the product loses nearly 90% of its value in under a year. Purchase from a reputed brand, folks. Save yourself a ton of grief. Update 2 (4/4/25): I requested that they return my defective device instead of this pathetic refund; but unfortunately, they have 'misplaced' it. Do not bother buying from this scam company.

Mixed Bag - Great sound and ANC, Poor Connectivity and touch controls
The Good- Sound - 4.5/5 - fortunately, they sound great! No complaints there. ANC - 4.3/5 - Pretty good for the price. No complaints. Can't cut human voices, if that's what matters to you. No ANC can really do that. The Mid - Comfort - 3.8/5 - can wear for a couple hours before it gets uncomfortable. Fit - 3.5/5 - They mostly stay in but have fallen off a few times. I remove them when I board/deboard metro because they could fall due to crowd at the gates. Battery life - 3/5 - with ANC and LDAC on and a few calls on single bud, I got about 15-20 hours. Design - 3/5 - design is decent, nothing to write home about. The Ugly - Connectivity - 1/5 - I have them paired with two devices - Android phone and a Mac. Never do they seemlessly switch. It gets worse. Most of the times, after using them on one device, not only they won't automatically pair with another device, they'll need to be unpaired and then re-paired. It's a pain. My 1200 rupees oneplus buds neckband never had this problem. Touch controls - 1.5/5 - finicky - Hated the implementation. You can customise what the different touch patterns (single/double/triple) do but it's still pretty mid. It's hard to get them right when operating because it's a mixture of touch and pressure. Another thing you have to get used to is to not touch the area when you push them in after they get loose. All in all - if you can handle the quirks, go for it. Personally, the connectivity issue is a pain for me and I would look elsewhere.

Exceptional Noise Isolation and Comfort at a Fraction of the Cost
Having tried multiple high-end EarPods for professional use, I can confidently say that the Anker Liberty 4 NC stands out as an exceptional option for office environments. Unlike other earbuds I’ve used, which tend to transmit background noise during Teams calls, these earbuds excel in voice isolation, ensuring that only my voice is clearly heard while surrounding noise is effectively suppressed. In addition to industry-leading noise cancellation, the Liberty 4 NC offers a comfortable fit suitable for extended wear and maintains a stable, secure feel throughout the day. What makes it even more impressive is the value for money — priced at roughly a quarter of comparable premium alternatives, it delivers top-tier performance in clarity, comfort, and noise management without the premium price tag. For professionals who frequently attend calls in noisy environments, the Anker Liberty 4 NC is a highly recommended, cost-effective solution that does not compromise on quality.

7 Months Later: Product Review from an Airpods Pro/non-audiophile consumer
I decided to buy these True Wireless earbuds as a replacement to my Airpods Pro that I accidentally left my in my home country before flying back to North America. I absolutely love ANKER products, but coming from an Airpods Pro, I didn't expect much from this product when I first bought it. so my review here will mostly be related to quality of life usage and not so much on the audio aspect Battery Life: Absolutely fantastic, over 4-5 hours of straight use before you get that beeping low battery that indicates you only have 15-20 minutes left. Then you would only have to recharge them in a case for 15-20 minutes before you can use them again for another 1-2 hours. so the claim they're making on this product is very legit Charging case: I've never fully drained the battery of the charging case as I consistently charge them every night but it doesn't take that long to fully charge the case either. maybe 1-2 hours max? Case durability: i've dropped these bad boys a couple times before on multiple hard surfaces over the last 7 months and they seem to be holding up really well with no scratches or permanent damage Case size: coming from an airpods pro, these look significantly bulkier (1.5 times bigger) but rest assured they are still very pocketable. Touch control: the touch control on this thing is easy to use, very easy to get used to and very reliable even when you have wet hands. the tap and/or hold function on these earbuds can be tweaked on the app settings. Eartips/Earbuds: the one thing i dont like about this product is the provided eartips adhesiveness to the earbuds. for reference, i use the smallest eartip in the box. they are standard eartips but they do get easily detached from the earbuds and sometimes they stick in your ears when you try to remove your earbuds. please keep in mind that i come from airpods pro where the eartips suction to the earbuds are very top notch when installed and is almost impossible to be accidentally detached from the earbud. Noise canceling: let's just say that if an Airpods Pro cancel out 99% of the noise from a very chatty and loud environment (like a gym during peak hours), then this product cancels out maybe 94-95%. it works really well to block out most of the noise in a loud environment, but you can still hear minor inaudible noise in the background whereas the sony WF1000XM5 or Airpods Pro completely shuts out the noise. Ambient sound: this works pretty well most of the time for a $129 headphones for you to activate to speak to someone without taking off your earbuds. Media/Audio pause when removing earbuds: this earbud has the same feature as most high end earbuds where if you remove one earbuds while watching or listening to something, it will automatically pause the media currently being playing before hit play again on the other earbuds. however, they are not as efficient as high end Sony or Apple NC earbuds. what I mean by this is that an Airpods Pro would immediately detect that you've removed one earbud and would automatically pause the media, where as the Anker Liberty 4 NC would have a 3-4 second latency delay before it notices that you've removed one earbud.still an amazing feature for the price tag. waterproof: I tried once or twice to shower with these on just to see if they would hold up and they did really well with no issue whatsoever. but i don't recommend not to shower with these on all the time. your disgusting ears also needs to be cleaned on a daily basis Audio Quality: I am just a regular peasant who enjoys listening to audiobook and music while working out, I am not going to pretend here to tell you the mids are good, the low and highs are good when i dont even know what that all really means in the first place. all i know is that the bass is decent and i've never had to complain about song i've listened to not being punchy enough because of these earbuds. you will never have that problem as long as you're not audiophile (most of us aren't) Sound Core app: i dont know how to use an equalizer but the presets they have is good enough for me to tune up my earbuds based on what i'm currently listening to Overall: giving this product an absolute 5 stars for the Price/Value for money. definitely get it if you're looking a for an affordable noise canceling earbuds. if anything, ANKER also has 18 months of warranty
