Been using this for stationary lunges, it really helps to get a good stretch on the leg, I’ve also cracked my back on it which felt pretty nice, this is a nice add on to a home gym, it doesn’t take a lot of space and might not have much uses but overall it’s pretty good to have around you never know when you might need it, but when you do end up needing it it’s nice

Worth the money

I purchased this because I was conscious at the gym using it. Bulgarian split squats is no joke. This has allowed me work on form and allowed me to get better doing the exercise at the comfort of my own home. I am now morw confident at the gym using this.

Had trouble securing the bolts, seller was extremely helpful and and happy with item and seller.

This split squat stand is perfect! The only thing is you need a 11/16 inch Ratchet Wrench to put it together. I didn’t know what that was but now I do! Love this equipment!

Good addition for a home gym. I used this for single leg squats (split squats) and hip thrusts. Very sturdy and did not tip over. Make of very heavy-duty material and the foam support cushion is nice as well. I wish it came in a less 'loud' color like black, but it still functions wonderfully!

This equipment does what it is supposed to do! Very easy to use. I use it on every leg day and for stretching.
