Remote works great! Just like our original one. It connected to the tv easily and worked just he the original! It worked so good I ended up buying 2 of them!

We love having a remote for each person with our TV (no fighting for control!) It makes it easier for one person to forward or pause when the other is eating or had to step away.

This is one of the worst items I used my hard-earned money to purchase, there is no quality to the product. The remote control squeaks every time you press any button, the connection to the TV is far distant even though my TV is closer, and, therefore, the button has to be pressed numerous times before the TV can recognize a command. It is a waste of my resources. Poor Quality, the remote does not meet the standard, poor transmission with the tv set. it is so hard to press and it makes noise when pressed.

This remote works technically. It’s good most of the time, but sometimes its response time when pressing buttons is a little delayed. I figure this is just because it is an aftermarket remote. For the price, I’m definitely not complaining. Obviously the original remote is going to be better than the replacement.

I lost the original remote and tried 2 others which looked the same but the quality was awful and they had a huge lag. This one works perfectly, just like the original

This worked fine at first, after few weeks of use the voice button does not work, the other buttons are cheaply made and very hard to press.

Great voice activation. Until it heard me choosing another remote control which had bigger buttons. I can’t get out of the living room. Doors locked. No electricity. Air getting thinner.

The remote works to an extent. On my TV the IR unit has stopped working, so purchasing a bluetooth remote seemed a lot cheaper option than buyng a new TV (I don't think I can get the TV repaired) However, the 'hot' buttons, e.g. for prime, netflix etc, don't work. The on'off button does not work either. However, I can get the TV on using a TV remote app on a smartphone, and once I do that I can use the bluetooth remote to control the TV. Its much better for that than using a TV remote app on a smartphone, even with the features I mentioned not working. Turning the TV off is another story. I seem to be able to use the voice control on the remote to do that. It usually takes at least two attempts, me saying loudy "Turn off TV", to which the TV responds "Turning the TV Off" and then leaves it on the first time, or even turns it off and then on again, but that feels like a TV software problem to me rather than the remote's fault. Maybe I got unlucky and got a remote that has faulty connections or programming. Its still better than not having it, and I am going to hang onto it even with the features I mentioned not working. I thought about sending it back, but, as I wrote, it works well enough despite the limitations, and we do need a TV remote.
