I was looking to purchase the "nonserrated" version of the myerchin gen. 2 pro wood w100. i,m getting 2 diff. pics (nonserrated and serrated)?

That is what I bought and it is nonserrated. The W100. The serrated one is the W100P. The thumbnail seems to be wrong.

Are these made in China? Where does it say it is made?
