I have to say, this toilet flapper works! My old one had deteriorated and would not flush without pulling the chain by hand. Was worried this wouldn't fit or would be too difficult to install. I'm no handy man. Thankfully, I was wrong on both accounts. It might have taken me all of 10 minutes (maybe 7-8) to install and it flushes better than ever. I mean that. BETTER than it did originally. I realize it may not work on every Toto model. But if your model is listed, give it a try if you need to replace. I bought another one for my other toilet if it ever starts acting up.

I've been using these for years now. I have multiple bathrooms with Toto toilets. These work fine and seem to be of very good quality and the price is right.

we have a transolid toilet. weird name and perhaps a weird commode as well but it looks great in the powder room. it's only a couple years old and is rarely used, so it was a surprise when i started hearing that topping-off sound. didn't want to believe it was the flapper either but nothing else made sense. this pup, while pricey, "sealed" the deal. (sorry). time will tell on longevity, but it's nice to see a universal fit, actually fit and work!

Our two toilets would run as if someone had flushed them even when nobody was using the toilets. I decided to replace the flapper and purchased these and what a difference! Not only have the toilets stopped running but when we flush the toilet now we can control how long the flush lasts. Saves water and stops the toilets from blocking too! Great product and easy to install.

Worthless, sadly, despite all the great reviews here. Bought to replace my Toto flapper, but it does not seal properly, and is too light. Consequently, my toilet is leaking MORE than it was with the faulty flapper (with the crumbling rubber gasket) that I'm trying to replace.

This helped me fix our bedroom, toilet that would continually fill up the tank when my wife would flush. I had a plumber friend look into it and they said I need to change the flapper as I suspected. He told me to order a model specific to my Toto toilet. I was planning to call him back to install it. But when I looked at it and the inside mechanism of the tank, I figured I could do it myself. With a little help with a YouTube video I was able to replace the old one with the new one. PROS - Easy to install in less than 10 minutes. - No tools required. - Cheaper than hiring a plumber. CONS - I wish it would have come with a link to a YouTube video on how to install and replace this flapper. But I guess the assumption is that a plumber would be doing this. - The rubber feels a little flimsy but I guess time will tell.

The item itself is fine and well made. But this is not a 2-pack.

This is the second one I have bought as I replace one in my other bathroom a few years ago. Quick delivery. Perfect fit. Easy to install. Works well. No complaints

Easy install however it does not seal. Leaked even more than the old one. I will never buy again
