This was easy to order quick to arrive and looks lovely.Works very well I wanted one with out the red and blue colours on for hot and cold and it looks a better quality. Temperature works great you can fill the bath without having to run the cold and then the hot as it comes out the temperature you want.

Excellent quality taps and easy to fit .......... according to the plumber!!!! 👍 😂 😂😂Have been using these since early March 2021 and both my wife and I are delighted! Finally the issue of the water suddenly going very hot or very cold (if water is in use somewhere else in the house) has been resolved! Our water is powered by a combi boiler downstairs and the water pressure is very low at 0.5 bar most of the time, plus our water is very hard at 7–7.5ph. These thermostatic taps have made showering the pleasurable experience it should be rather than the torture it was!I did a lot of research into thermostatic taps and whether they would solve my ‘shower from hell’ issue. After deciding it was worth the risk of trying them, I finally went for these ones as although ‘unbranded’ I felt safe in the knowledge that there is a 12 month guarantee included. These were professionally presented in a sturdy box with the main body (the part containing the thermostat) in a drawstring cotton bag and each tap separately wrapped so that nothing could get scratched or marked whilst in transit.One reviewer mentioned that her bath now takes 25 minutes to half fill; we have not experienced such an issue ourselves.All-in-all I am delighted with these and no longer do I hear my wife screaming because of sudden hot or cold fluctuations!!!! A super product! Very happy with it a bit tricky to install but the problems were at my end, nothing to do with the actual mixer. I have a separate electric shower but didn't want another as to have two limits the actual flow. This runs off the ch indirect vented system over the bath. The flow is a tad less than the electric shower but is perfectly adequate. As it has thermostatic control it doesn't run cold if other hot taps are turned on. We rarely bath so the water and thermostat are always in the shower 'default' position, thereby making it safe for the grandchildren to us when they visit.

Easy to use, works well, just the job, great value

Bought this because the original traditional mixer tap with separate hot and cold controls was difficult to temperature balance. Just so happened that I didn't even need to remove the old "legs" that had supported the original fitting.... just unscrewed the chrome nuts securing the top fitting, and screw the new thermostatic valve onto the old legs with the rubber washers to seal the joints. Job done in 5 minutes and at last it's easy to have a steady temperature shower!

Positives - thermostat works fine. After my scald/freeze previous ones, that is great! Looks nice. Easy for my plumber to fit.Negatives - Numbers rubbed off in a few months of cleaning, so beware that you may have to guess the temperature setting after a while!Affected my water pressure in a negative way. But my plumbing isn't great anyway.A basic replacement but not really what I'd hoped for, as my pressure is worse than it was before the new taps!

All good quality. Feels smooth in use.

Its a good tap and for the most part works well. The pull knob for the path, push for the shower stopped sealing after a few months and unscrewed from the shaft. I have yet to get this tight as the shaft rotates, and it needs a few pulls before the bath runs without the shower dripping. Its still good for the money, but I will look to replace sooner rather than later. UPDATE lasted 18 months then fell apart
