I like the duo, I’ve been using the 2 only for about a month and it’s really gentle and refreshing! Can be used everyday easily, but also used a couple of times a week your choice. It’s neither too watery and diluted, nor too thick and heavy. That goes for both the shampoo and conditioner. So I recommend!

I felt a major difference in the first use. my hair had less breakage and it's so soft. My hair wasn't left dry and brittle and it smells like pure honey. You don't need to use a lot of the product either. It does its job well and leaves the hair smelling nice. This is by far the best hair care system I have ever had.

I didn't use this long enough to see any results, though I did overall like the shampoo and conditioner, I knocked off a star because the smell was very strong and sharp in my nose. It was definitely a sweet honey smell, which is what one might expect from a product with honey in it- I just wasn't expecting it to be so strong. It was offputting enough to make me not want to buy it again. I havent tried other Tio Nacho products simply because I already had something else waiting for me when I was done with these bottles and I just havent gotten around to trying them again.

If you have a lot of hair loss and thinning hair, you need this. Be sure to read the instructions on the conditioner bottle as you don’t apply it to your roots. After several weeks, my hair loss has declined and I have fuller waves, highly recommend this brand.

Very good, it helped me with hair loss

It is a beautiful smelling shampoo and conditioner. It is thick not runny and does lather. I've used it for almost a month. I haven't seen any thickness but I do get volume if I hair blow my hair but it's not different than any other time with any other brand of shampoo and conditioner. Overall it is a nice combo but I wouldn't repurchase it again. I am going to try another selection from the brand though since I like the all natural aspects.

This shampoo is truly transforming my hair. It has always been very fine, but now it has volume, softness, and shine.
