A middle of the road product with great storage life.
Tried varies smoke salmons over the years and this was my first time trying this brand.Fish side was broken into several pieces, yes it did have water it the vac bag which was easily drained out.Quality\taste of meat was good would have been 4 stars if skin could be removed more easy...ended up just eating the skin it only tainted the taste a little.Both packs had a SELL BY of 2018 and has no need for refrigeration which i find crazy...if true it would make a great alternative to those nasty cans salmon for the prepper.
